With over 20 years of property management, the Seton Pacific Company has successfully maintained several apartment complexes in Northern California. Our successful renovations have allowed us to reopen the doors of classic properties in need of a refresh, both large and small.
MOTEL REDESIGN AND MODERNIZATION - STOCKTON, CA
The Seton Pacific Company was tasked to rebuilding and modernizing a motel that had fallen to disrepair. The redesign of the exterior and interior furnishings brought new life to the over 100-room motel property that is now serving the Stockton, CA community and weary travelers passing through.
